Hiii !
Happy Sunday. I’d say I’m having a serious case of the Sunday Scaries, but my husband and I literally leave for our honeymoon tonight so this Sunday isn’t scaring.
We are off to London and then bopping around Italy for 3 weeks. To say we are excited is an understatement. Italy has been on my vision boards for years and after studying Italian in middle and high school, I am ready to go! It’s literally one of my top 3 travel dreams. I’ll share bits and pieces of our trip but I also want to remind myself to be present. 😊
I have been experiencing a little bit of anxiety with travels which at first frustrated me. I as like, “umm why am I nervous?” But I gave myself grace and sat with my feelings, even talking them out with loved ones. It’s a place I’ve never been to and we will be moving around quite a bit, so of course the nerves will be there. I’m also sad to leave my sweet cat Sydney, but she will be in good hands. I just have to trust and surrender to the experience. I also just got the download that I need to remind myself to ground while I’m there so you bet I’ll be running barefoot in the Tuscan countryside at some point. 😁
Give yourself grace of feeling what you feel. 💗
Switching gears a little bit, I wanted to share a book I just finished. It’s not a spirituality book, but it’s an important topic nonetheless.

Something I really want to focus on this year is finances, specifically investing. I’ve been hearing all about it, but never truly understood all that stuff. I’ve also realized a lot of finance education was tailored toward dudes. I’m not saying women can’t understand “bro finance talk,” but I find it helpful to hear things from a woman’s perspective. Enter Financial Feminist by Tori Dunlap. I’ve been following her socials for a bit and got my hands on her book. I wish I had this in my early 20s. It talks about everything from paying off debt, building savings, investing, and more. Tori writes in a way that makes me feel like I am having a chat with a girlfriend and makes this finance stuff easy to digest. It also has “homework” for you to implement your learnings into your life. I have to go back and do this part. 😉 So if you’re looking for a guide to help you learn about money, I highly recommend this book.
And now, how about a card pull shall we?
I’m changing it up a bit this week and having you pick which card you are drawn to. Pick from the 3 below and scroll down to see your message. If it resonates, great, if not, let it go. (Cards are in order 1,2,3)

Card 1

A similar message came up last week in that we need to let go in order to let flow. Sure it’s important to take actionable steps toward your manifestations, however, the universe is also working its magic behind the scenes. 🪄
Card 2

Whether we like it or not, other people are our mirrors. What we haven’t healed often comes up in our relationships or people we encounter. That annoying next door neighbor, difficult sibling, or pain in the ass coworker-what can these interactions teach you about yourself. This is a reminder not to judge others too harshly, especially when we don’t know what lies beneath the surface. I’m not saying you have to be their BFF, but a little compassion goes a long way. You can love others from afar. Wish them well and them life their life. Also, this is not saying to keep toxic people in your life, but you know what I mean. 😉
Card 3

It’s your time to shine baby! You know the direction you want to go, now is the time to take some action. Is there something you’ve been too afraid to do? This is your sign to take that step forward. The world needs your light and vibration. The more you say "YES” to things that light you up, the higher your vibe will be and the more you’ll raise the vibration of the world. ✨
Well, I have to literally go finish packing and hop on a plane. I hope you all enjoyed this week’s read. I’ll see ya from the other side of the pond. 🙂
Love to all,
Erica
